Returns Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you decide to return your order, we are happy to provide you with store credit that will be valid for two years (excluding online warehouse items).
Sale Items
Items purchased from our sale section or marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are considered final sale.
Return Initiation Timeframes
Please notify us via email within 7 days of receiving your order for Australian orders, and within 15 days for international orders. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process it for an exchange or store credit.
Returned items must be in their original condition—unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Please take care when trying on items, as we cannot accept returns with stains, makeup marks, or any scent of perfume or body odor.
Return Process
To arrange your return, please email info@laniloubrand.com with the following information:
- Order Number
- Item description
- Reason for return
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your return. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number. All returns are at the customer's expense, and we do not offer free returns. Lani Lou Brand is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or missing packages, so we recommend using a tracking service.
Faulty Items
We carefully inspect and pack your items. If you receive a faulty item, please email us at info@laniloubrand.com within 48 hours of receipt, including supporting images. We will respond within 1-2 business days. Please note that items that have been worn will not be classified as faulty.

Order Processing Time
We aim to process and package your orders with care and efficiency. Please allow 1-2 business days for order handling before shipping. Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery Delays
During peak sale periods or new collection launches, your order may not arrive within the expected timeframe. We cannot offer compensation for any unforeseen delays once your order leaves our warehouse, as these are beyond Lani Lou Brand's control. If you wish to pursue compensation, please contact the courier directly.
Refused Delivery
If the package is refused by the recipient, Lani Lou Brand is not responsible for any lost or damaged items. If the package is returned in its original condition within 10 business days of refusal, we will evaluate the situation to issue a credit note, excluding any shipping and processing fees.
Tracking and Confirmation
To keep you updated on your shipment, we provide tracking numbers or links for all orders. After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, which you can use on our website or the carrier’s tracking system. Please allow a short period for tracking details to become available after shipment processing.
Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged, please contact our customer support within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Redelivery Due to Incorrect or Incomplete Address
We can redeliver packages with incomplete or incorrect addresses, but this will incur an additional delivery charge based on your location.
